In regard to Fraudulent Check Warrants....
The Edgefield County Sheriff's Office has numerous
warrants for persons that have issued Fraudulent Checks. This notification is not required by law and is a courtesy of the Edgefield
County Sheriff's Office.
Subject information has been placed on our Warrant List, which is viewable by the public. To avoid
any possible embarrassment by an arrest, I ask that anyone on this list contact the:

The Solicitor’s Office can provide you with instructions on the payment of fines
and restitution to resolve this matter.
Failure to resolve this charge against you will result in you being sought by officers,
the inconvenience of being arrested, and being booked and processed into the Edgefield County Detention Center. You will be detained
with other criminal suspects until your case can be heard by a Magistrate Judge.
