Requests are to be made IN PERSON.
There is a $5.00 fee (CASH ONLY).
Below is a list of identification that is needed for a background check request:
1. SC driver's
license from the SC Deptartment of Motor Vehicles.
or
SC Identification card from the SC Department of Motor Vehicles.
2. Social Security Card
